Greener Home Program in Richmond Hill

The Canada Greener Homes Grant will assist homeowners in making their homes more energy-efficient across Canada and is an initiative towards combating climate change. Buildings, including our own homes, account for 18% of Canada’s greenhouse gases. We wish to assist Canadians in making their residences more energy-efficient. This will result in homes that are both more comfortable and less expensive to maintain while also supporting our environmental goals. The Government of Canada’s Energy Smart program offers a free home energy assessment and up to $5,000 in grant money to help cover the cost of energy-efficiency improvements such as windows and doors renovations.
